Entering Results

CA Scores (Continuous Assessment)

CA scores are entered throughout the term:

  1. Go to Results โ†’ CA Scores
  2. Select your subject and class
  3. Enter each student's CA score (out of the configured CA max)
  4. Click Save Scores

Exam Scores

After exams:

  1. Go to Results โ†’ Exam Scores
  2. Select the exam, your subject, and class
  3. Enter each student's score
  4. Click Save Scores

The system automatically calculates:

Total = (CA ร— CA_weight%) + (Exam ร— Exam_weight%)
Grade = based on total score and grade scale

Checking Your Entries

Go to Results โ†’ My Subjects to see a summary of: - Which classes/subjects you've entered scores for - Which are still pending - Class averages per subject


Remarks

You can add a short personalised remark for each student on their report card:

Results โ†’ Report Cards โ†’ [Student] โ†’ Add Remark

Or use Auto-Remarks which generates remarks based on the student's score range.
