Fee Payments

Viewing Your Balance

Go to Fees in the sidebar to see:

  • Amount due this term
  • Amount paid
  • Balance outstanding
  • Full payment history

Paying Online

EduDesk supports online payments directly from the parent portal:

  1. Go to Fees → Pay Now
  2. Select the term you're paying for
  3. Enter the amount
  4. Choose your payment method:
  5. Card (Visa / Mastercard)
  6. Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, Airtel)
  7. Bank Transfer
  8. Complete the payment
  9. A receipt is sent to your email automatically

Payment Receipt

After every payment: - A receipt appears in Fees → Payment History - A PDF receipt is emailed to your registered email - Click Download Receipt on any payment to get a PDF

Payment History

Go to Fees → Payment History to see every payment ever made, with: - Date and amount - Payment method and reference - Receipt download link

Questions About Your Balance?

Contact your school's bursar directly via Messages, or email the school. Include your child's admission number for faster support.
