School Setup¶

Go to Settings (gear icon in sidebar) to configure your school.

School Profile¶

• School name, motto, address, phone, email
• School type (Primary, Secondary, Mixed, etc.)
• Country and timezone
• Logo upload

Academic Year¶

Set the current academic year (e.g. 2025/2026) and active term (1, 2, or 3).

Fee Configuration¶

Set the fee amount for each term. These are used as the default when enrolling students.

Grading Scale¶

Choose between:

• Percentage (0–100)
• Grade Letters (A, B, C, D, F)
• GPA (4.0 scale)

Set the pass mark and CA/Exam weight split (e.g. 40% CA, 60% Exam).
