Quick Start

1. Create Your Account

Go to app.edudesk.africa/register.php and fill in:

  • School Name โ€” e.g. Greenfield Academy
  • Admin Email โ€” your email address
  • Admin Username โ€” e.g. admin_gfa
  • Password โ€” minimum 8 characters

Click Create My School Account. You will be redirected to the login page.

2. Log In

Visit app.edudesk.africa/login.php and use the credentials you just created.

3. Complete School Setup

After first login, go to Settings โ†’ School Profile and fill in:

  • School logo
  • Address, phone, motto
  • Academic year and term dates
  • Fee amounts per term
  • Grading scale

4. Add Your First Class

Go to Academics โ†’ Classes โ†’ Add Class. Create your class levels (e.g. Grade 1, Form 1).

5. Add Students

Go to Students โ†’ Add Student or use the bulk import (CSV).

Tip

Download the CSV template from the import page to get the correct column format.

6. Add Teachers

Go to Staff โ†’ Add Staff Member. Assign a username and role (Teacher, Principal, etc.).
