Admin Dashboard¶
Overview¶
The admin dashboard is your school command centre. It loads instantly with real-time data from your school database.
Stat Cards¶
The top row shows your key numbers at a glance:

| 👨🏫 Staff | Active staff members |
| 📅 Attendance | Today's school-wide attendance percentage |
| 💰 Fees Collected | This term's total fee collection |
| 💸 Pending Fees | Total outstanding fee balance |

Charts¶
Attendance Trend¶
A 7-day bar chart showing daily attendance percentage. Instantly shows if a day had unusually low turnout.
Fee Collection¶
Monthly line chart of fees collected vs. expected. Helps identify slow payment months.
Grade Distribution¶
Pie chart breaking down student grades (A, B, C, D, F) across all subjects for the current term.
Quick Actions¶
Buttons in the top section for the most common daily tasks:
- Mark Attendance → jump to today's attendance form
- Add Student → open new student form
- Record Payment → open fee payment form
- Send Notice → create a new noticeboard post
Recent Activity Feed¶
The bottom of the dashboard shows recent activity: - Latest fee payments - Recent attendance submissions - New student enrollments - Recent notices published
School Info Banner¶
Top of the page shows: School name, current academic year, active term, and today's date.
